This past week 14th-16th Nov. the American Legion Department of SC sponsored the Veterans Experience Assistance Center (VEAC) at the Exchange Park, Ladson. This event aided all local Veterans with Veterans Affairs (VA) disability claims and other related services. Our American Legion Riders Chapter and other local Riders groups volunteered with parking assistance and transportation around the event. One Eleven Custom Carts, a Veteran owned business, immediately answered our call for assistance with a Golf Cart to assist Veterans with walking restrictions during the event. Attendees were incredibly grateful and pleased with the extra effort to make their experience more pleasant. Thank you to Katherine the Office Manager and Trey the owner for being so supportive of our local Veterans.

Stopped by One Eleven Golf Carts after visiting a competitor very close. Turns out there was no competition, the volume of carts and options they had. We were greeted at the doors by Katherine who made some recommendations on carts based on what we were looking for and we were test driving. Found a cart we loved and then found out as we were purchasing it that they go above and beyond with a multiple point safety inspection. We ordered a golf cart from One Eleven and couldnt be happier with the results. Due to the pandemic the cart took a little longer than we had hoped for. After a few conversations with Trey and his team, they were all very apologetic and more than willing to go above and beyond customer service. My husband and I have both worked in customer service for over 35 years. We can honesty say we did not feel taken advantage of or made to feel we were a burden when reaching out to get an updated status. OneEleven Carts is a little gem in Summerville! The carts are beautiful and the sales staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We had been looking for a while and found the perfect cart for our family at OneEleven Carts! The staff goes above and beyond, truly. The 2 men that helped me were very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They were able to deliver and install the new batteries for my cart in the same day. Not only that but called to check on us the next day. The carts they had in the shop were beautiful and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. We will be back for upgrades on our cart soon!
